Nominations open for 2025 Black Automotive Professional Awards (BAPA)
Accelerate Auto accepting nominations until January 20, 2025 for the second annual Black Automotive Professional Awards (BAPA)
MISSISSAUGA, September 9, 2024 – Accelerate Auto is proud to announce the launch of the second annual Black Automotive Professional Awards (BAPA), set to take place in February 2025 during Black History Month.
Building on the success of last year's event, BAPA continues to celebrate the outstanding achievements of Black professionals who are driving excellence and innovation within the automotive industry.
The Black Automotive Professional Awards recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to their industry and their communities. Nominations are now open and can be submitted by any current or retired professional within the automotive sector. Self-nominations are also welcome.
The award categories for 2025 are as follows:
Black Excellence Award
Women’s Leadership Award
Young Professional Award
Emerging Leader Award
Winners will be selected by an esteemed panel of industry experts and will be honoured at a prestigious ceremony in February 2025. Award recipients will receive a personalized plaque and will be featured in our partner print media as well as across Accelerate Auto’s social media platforms.
