Edith Pencil is a driven, passionate people leader, deeply committed to diversity and inclusion. She began her employment with Performance Auto Group in 2001 and has worked in various dealership level positions prior to moving into the Human Resources department. In 2014, Edith established the Employee Services department at Performance Auto Group and currently manages a team of 19 Human Resources Professionals. Edith aspires to impact the organization by fostering a workplace culture that empowers talent from all backgrounds to pursue their passions through hard work and innovation. Edith is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association and holds both the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Certified Talent Management Practitioner (CTMP) designation.
