A seasoned automotive professional, Christina has 20+ years of experience in the automotive industry at Subaru Canada, Inc. supporting and managing key business areas including, Sales, Parts & Service, Product Training, and Customer Experience. She takes seriously the social responsibility of ensuring the path to career success, for Black youth - especially women, is made easier for the future automotive professionals. As a first-generation Canadian, to immigrant parents from Guyana, she is also intimately familiar with some of the challenges Black youth/professionals face, and is experienced in the development of startegies to help surmount them and ensure continued success.
